How to Make Soft Layered Pumpkin Chapati

  1. Pumpkin slice well cooked
  2. 3 cups all purpose flour
  3. Cooking oil


Boil the pumpkin until its tender and can be mashed using your hands. Mix into the flour –it will be a bit crumbly but not to worry. Follow these steps to make some delicious chapatis.

Warning these are so delicious and soft you may never want to cook your normal(no pumpkin) chapatis again.
